Injection Molded LED Automotive Taillight Lens

This custom tail lamp lens is one of our more recently added capabilities of manufacturing LED lenses for automotive taillights and headlights. Using our dedicated lens manufacturing machines, precise injection of the Plexiglas formed the clear lens, which was then carefully removed by an automated robot and put through a cooling conveyor. The part was then trimmed at the gate to ensure a perfect fit for the housing.
